Please do not book an ingrown nail assessment if you are looking for routine care - I do not have capacity in my practice to take on any more regular patients at the moment. I'm sorry!

If you are a Registered Patient, please choose either: -
- a 30 minute (routine follow-up appointment)
- a 45 minute follow-up (if you've not been seen for more than 9 months, would like a medical pedicure or have a new issue to discuss).

If you would like to be seen sooner, please request a cancellation (ideally with the days/times that suit you) under 'Notes' at the time of booking.

The Quickest Way to Get an Answer & Expert Advice

In a hurry? Need a quick answer as to what the devil is going on? Not based in Oxfordshire? A video consultation may be just what you need.

Book an appointment using the online booking system. THE TIME YOU CHOOSE WILL NOT BE THE APPOINTMENT - FELICITY CAN SPEAK TO YOU SOONER (outside of clinic hours, typically early evening).

On booking the appointment, you will be sent a confirmation by email. It is important that you please read this and complete the consent form and new patient assessment form. This is to ensure that the most time is dedicated to your video consultation, and not admin. I cannot legally offer advice without your medical history.

Please ensure you click Save & Exit upon completion. The form is then automatically applied to your electronic record.

Please send Felicity clear picture(s) of your feet by email, MMS or WhatsApp. These will be added to your secure electronic WriteUpp file (created when you book the appointment) and deleted from Felicity's computer/phone.

Felicity will then contact you to arrange an appointment at a time and date to suit you.

Pre-Payment
Payment is requested in advance to avoid no-shows. This is fully refundable if you give 24+ hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

It's time to give your feet some much needed TLC

So, just what is a Medical Pedicure?

Think hygienist and facialist for the feet - it is the most thorough foot treatment you can receive, and your feet will look and feel divine afterwards!

Whatever your concern: hard skin and calluses, corns, dry skin (anhidrosis), ingrown toe nails (onychocryptosis), long, thick (onychauxic) nails, fungal nails (onychomycosis), damaged toenails, Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)... can be addressed within the 45 minute appointment.

If you require a nail reconstruction, this can be completed as part of this treatment.

Each treatment is bespoke and will transform the feet, both in how they look and how they feel. Cosmetic podiatry and preventive medical concerns are combined.

A management plan will be discussed and emailed to you to help keep your feet in tip-top condition year-round, and all treatments are completed with the application of a moisturising nail oil, hydrating Gehwol® foot cream or spray and indulgent foot massage.? Bliss!

Please note, the Signature Medical Pedicure does not include the application of nail polish. Nail bracing will incur an additional fee per brace.

If there are multiple issues to address, you may need to arrange a further appointment.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Additional devices (e.g. silicone toe props, removable felt props, heel pads) and some medicaments (e.g. silver nitrate) may be included in an Initial Appointment, but will incur additional charges at follow-up.
